[Lapc] Quick Question

Hi Everyone,
   At the last LAPC meeting, someone had mentioned a music performer for
preschoolers who was especially good. The performer was a man, and I
believe he worked alone.  I'm desperately trying to remember the name of
this performer.  Does anyone remember the name of the person?
